INDUSTRY LEADING PERFORMANCE

Mig Man's Tip

Use Bernard Jump Liners to Reduce Costs
Replace only the most commonly worn portion of the liner (instead of the entire liner) to reduce downtime and labor costs.

Bernard Jump Liners couple with the cable liners at the base of the Q-Gun's rotatable neck, and separates from the handle for quick changeovers.

Use Bernard Jump Liners to help reduce your costs.

Welding For The Long Haul
Travis Body & Trailer, Inc. Streamlines
Inventory with Bernard Centerfire

Travis Body & Trailer, Inc. of Houston, Texas manufactures some of the industry's toughest and best looking aluminum dump trailers. From municipal solid waste (MSW), to aggregates, agricultural and the construction industries, Travis supplies its trailers to an extremely diverse market, selling to both fleets and single owner operators. These trailers are built to last and with a variety of body widths, heights, lighting and color options to choose from, every Travis' aluminum dump trailer reflects its owner's personality.

Travis is a high production facility with an output of approximately 20 trailers per week. Some fabricators use up to thirteen 1-lb spools of aluminum solid wire in a single shift. Despite this success, Travis is not the type of company to rest on its laurels - they are always looking for ways to improve their business and productivity.

Learn how Bernard Centerfire consumables helped Travis Body & Trailer, Inc. streamline its inventory and reduce downtime.

A Winning Combination

Welding industry leader Miller Electric Mfg. Co. recently chose to place the Bernard Q-Gun with Centerfire consumables on most of its industrial wire feeder products and bundled MIG welding systems to provide the most reliable welding systems on the market.

Miller spent much of 2005, testing the technical merits of the Q-Gun and Centerfire consumables, in the lab and in the field, and have determined that Bernard makes the most reliable, highest quality MIG welding products available on the market.

Learn how both Miller and Bernard are addressing common MIG welding and productivity issues that have not been remedied with other MIG welding gun or consumables systems.

Choose Your Weapon

As part of our product integration with Miller Electric Mfg. Co., we’ve introduced the “Choose Your Weapon” Gun Exchange Program to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If the Q-Gun bundled with the Miller product does not fit your needs or application, Bernard will exchange the MIG gun—at no additional cost—for any other configurable, air-cooled Bernard MIG welding gun. To find configuration options for a replacement air-cooled MIG welding gun, please visit our CustomSelect Ordering System located at BernardWelds.com or look in the Bernard Q-Gun User Guide packaged with integrated Miller products.
